Lead trainer & Founder
From luring her childhood dog over jumps in the backyard, to raising litters of puppies for law enforcement, to competing in Schutzhund (now known as IGP), Ryleigh has been training dogs from the moment she could walk. Having a special interest in learning and behavior led Ryleigh to an endless pursuit of knowledge in the field, and how it applies not just to dogs, but people as well.
A graduate of The Tom Rose School, member of the International Association of Animal Behavior Consultants, student of the Karen Pryor Academy, repeat student at The Michael Ellis School for Dog Trainers, and many more; Ryleigh is more than qualified to help dogs and their owners. Today, Ryleigh enjoys training her own dogs for competitive dog agility, obedience trials, and an exciting protection sport called Mondioring. She is also dedicated to the preservation of the Mudi, a herding breed from Hungary. Her most notable contribution being a co-breeder to the first Mudi ever on the carpet at America’s oldest, and arguably most famous dog show, The Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show. |
